Create consistent characters for every coloring page

Same character. Every page. No drift. The reason most AI coloring books look amateur is character drift. Page 1 looks great, page 3 is a different person. ColorBliss fixes that.

Over 1,554,123 coloring pages created!

Coloring page of a consistent character riding a dragon over mountains
Coloring page of the same character reading in a cozy library
Coloring page of the same character surfing a giant wave

Upload a photo, and ColorBliss builds a character reference sheet. Use that character in any prompt and they look identical across every page you generate. One reference, unlimited pages, zero drift.

You already know the problem

You spend hours prompting the perfect character. Then you generate page two and they have different hair. Page five and their face changed. Page ten and you're starting from scratch.

Character drift kills coloring books. Every creator making multi-page content with AI has hit this wall.

How consistent characters work

1

Upload a photo

Any clear, front-facing photo. The AI extracts facial features, hair, and body proportions.

2

AI builds a reference sheet

ColorBliss generates a character reference with consistent proportions and features locked in.

3

Mention them in any prompt

Type @ and select your character. Describe the scene, not the person.

4

Same face, every page

Generate 5 pages or 50. The character is recognizably the same in every scene.

See how consistent characters work

Want the same character on every coloring page? This video shows how to create consistent characters with AI using one photo and a reusable character reference. You will see how to keep faces, hair, and overall look consistent across scenes so your coloring book pages feel like part of the same series.

Play

One photo becomes a reusable character

Upload once, use forever. Your character adapts to different styles (cartoon, manga, detailed, minimalist) while keeping the same recognizable features. Switch styles mid-book without losing consistency.

Three panel example showing the same character in multiple scenes

Works across styles. Still the same character.

Cartoon for a kids' book, manga for a fan project, detailed for a premium product. Change the style and the character still looks like them. No more re-prompting, no more praying the AI remembers.
Make your character
Same character in samurai style scene
Same character in a sky diving action scene
Same character in a wizard fantasy style scene

Build scenes with 8 or more character references

Create large cast scenes without losing character identity. Mention every character in one prompt and ColorBliss keeps each look consistent. Great for classroom stories, family books, and ensemble adventures.
Create a full cast
Multi character skiing scene with consistent references
Large scene showing many consistent characters together
Multi character woods scene with distinct identities

Works with human and non human characters

Mix people, animals, mascots, and fantasy creatures in the same project. Keep each character recognizable across pages, whether the character starts from a photo or a stylized concept.
Try mixed character scenes
Human and non human characters together in one scene
Non human characters grouped with distinct identities
Single non human character shown in detailed style

Built for people who ship coloring books

Coloring book creators

Build a 50-page book where the main character looks the same on every page. No awkward style shifts, no continuity breaks. Readers notice.

KDP publishers

Consistent characters are the difference between a 3-star review ("characters look different every page") and a 5-star product. Consistency sells.

Personalized gift makers

Create custom coloring books starring real people. Upload a photo of someone and generate a whole book featuring them in different adventures.

Brand and mascot designers

Use a mascot or character across branded coloring materials, activity books, and promotional content. Same look every time.

Educators and therapists

Build workbooks with a recurring character that students or clients follow through a series of activities. Familiarity helps engagement.

Multi-character series

Create a cast of characters and combine them in scenes. Each one maintains their own distinct look, even when they're together on the same page.

The software not only nailed the look of our puppy but captured his love and playfulness. I’ve already used it a few more times to help turn pictures into stickers and pins. Thanks for making this!!

I mainly used Colorbliss for making coloring pages from photos of my children and grandchildren. I absolutely love how they turned out, and my family did, too!! I did a bunch of free trials for other apps, but this was the best one by far! The pages looked so awesome and it was super easy! All you do is upload your photo, and the app does the rest!! Amazing and fun!

Tips for best results

Use clear, front-facing photos

Good lighting and visible facial features give the best character references. Avoid sunglasses, heavy shadows, or profile shots.

Describe the scene, not the person

The reference handles what the character looks like. Just describe what they're doing: "riding a bike through a forest" works better than "a girl with brown hair riding a bike."

Name characters distinctively

"Emma" is easier to find than "Character 1" when you're typing @ mentions across dozens of prompts.

Stop fighting character drift

Create your first character in about a minute. Generate consistent coloring pages from there. Start free, no credit card required.

AI coloring page generator FAQ

Everything you need to know about creating coloring pages with AI

When you describe a character in a prompt, the AI interprets it differently every time. Hair length changes, facial features shift, outfits vary. With consistent characters, you upload a photo once and the AI builds a reference sheet. Every generation after that pulls from the same reference, so the character is recognizably the same across pages.
Clear, front-facing photos with good lighting. The AI needs to see facial features clearly. Avoid heavy shadows, sunglasses, or anything that hides the face. A simple portrait or headshot works great.
Yes. Type @ to mention any character by name in your prompt. You can include several characters in a single scene, like @Emma and @Max building a sandcastle. Each character keeps their own distinct look.
No, consistent characters is for text-to-image generation only. If you want to convert a specific photo into a coloring page, use the photo converter instead.
Creating a character costs 10 credits (one time). After that, generating pages with that character costs the same as any other generation: 5 credits for standard or 10 for high quality.
Not currently. If you need changes, create a new character from a different photo. The original character stays in your library until you delete it.
Consistent characters is available on Hobby, Artist, Business, and Ultra plans. If you're on Starter, you'll need to upgrade to access it.
Yes. Artist plan and above include commercial rights. You can print, sell, and distribute coloring books created with your characters.
